The foundation of the treatment is built on Swedish massage techniques, enhanced by the deeper, faster, and more powerful strokes of sports massage, as well as the gentle, sensitive, and soul-soothing touches of relaxation massage. The massage is performed using warm, soothing oil, which further enhances deep relaxation.
